With the pandemic raging, and a customer base that was searching for something beyond traditional wholesale grab & go foods.
I developed an appreciation for vacuum skin packaging as an innovative way to package an assembled meal and keep the presentation of the food intact for the final customer, and provide a quality level that exceeds expectations.
Our clean label meals are Chef Crafted and prepared with fresh ingredients, blast chilled, then vacuum sealed to offer great value, eye-popping presentation and 21+ day refrigerated shelf life. Our foods are produced in a state of the art USDA inspected facility just outside of Baltimore MD. Our goal is to provide a chef prepared eating experience with microwave convenience.”
